Your tapping training video was great!
I loved the phrasing and I also appreciate having the video to show me the spots while doing it. Also loved your transcript that includes the order/where to tap next to the phrases. I can do this for 30 days for sure!
Finally, a book for the forgotten army of potentially great MLMers!
As a retired real estate broker who owned two offices that did millions in business, Network Marketing for Introverts was a revelation. Both real estate and MLM require dedication and being in sales mode virtually all the time. One has to build relationships and trust, which is sometimes difficult if people perceive you're only in it for the commission. I have trained dozens of salespeople and spent countless thousands on sales trainings. Not once in those seminars were introverts even acknowledged as existing at all! Truth is that being an introvert was seen as something you simply change in yourself. Jenifer shows you how to use what most in MLM see as a fatal deficency and turn it into an asset. This is truly a book for the forgotten masses in sales of all types, definitely long overdue and needed.
An excellent, insightful read on network marketing. Very helpful for both introverts and extroverts!
Jenifer Kay Hood has delivered an articulate, insightful book on personality traits and network marketing! In this book Jenifer covers many of the do's and don'ts, pitfalls to avoid and strategies to embrace in network marketing. This is a great book for BOTH introverts and extroverts to read as those of both personality styles have potent attributes to add to any networking team. For example, in chapter 4 Jenifer exposes the positive aspects of introversion. Consider the benefits of having people who are reflective, studious, consistent and most importantly, good listeners on your team? In chapter 5, Jenifer outlines the personal growth goals network marketers might consider, all team members will benefit from her insight. Chapter 7 has a wealth of information about effective communication, which honestly made me want to develop more introspective habits, those more developed in the average introvert. Chapters 11 and 12 offer a plethora of advice on self organizing and how to get your business off the ground, honestly just the social media chapter alone is worth the price of her book. Finally, Jenifer offers this perspective, "Introverts have the persistence, listening skills, and self-reliance any busy leader would want on her side. They'll stabilize your team, be aware of challenges ahead of time, and work with less ego and more team spirit" (p 105) Honestly, I left this book envious of many of the talents of the average introvert! We have so much to learn about and from the introvert members of our teams. Especially in the area of offering support and training.
